Our Story
This company started when we discovered the connection between Airbnb guests and hotels. A practically untapped market of 150 million travelers, loyal to Airbnb, un-sensitive to rates, and eager to book travel.
Over time, we built a strong working relationship with the team at Airbnb. We established Suitely as a licensed seller of travel, launching our own direct booking site, with Airbnb as a feeder channel for our guests.
Suitely is growing as a booking platform, with measurable site traffic, a growing member base, and innovative engagement concepts to drive value.
Redefining Distribution
Airbnb isn't going anywhere — it's no longer "competition" and is gradually being adopted as a partner for added exposure. We firmly believe our strategy won't just disrupt the hotel world—but has the potential to redefine how inventory is distributed and marketed across all lodging sectors, brands, and industries.
So why are 150 million travelers so loyal to Airbnb? The answer is really simple: confidence. Guests are confident that when they book a stay it will be secure, reliable, and seamless. Hotel brands aim to do the same in providing consistent, safe, quality experiences for their guests. That's why we paired the two together.
How Suitely Works
Suitely distributes rooms through channels that sell opaquely — keeping the brand secured while filling vacant hotel rooms.
Our opaque model protects against rate cannibalization while also preserving BAR integrity. Suitely is a tool to move distressed inventory without diluting brand or risking rate parity.
100% Flexibility
- ✓No locked-in rate contracts — adapt pricing as needed
- ✓No 12-month+ commitments — flexibility on your terms
- ✓Guaranteed prepaid reservations — immediate cash flow

That's a Suitely promise.
As fellow hoteliers, we understand the need to adapt when market demand changes. Our partners always have full control of their inventory.

MEET
YOUR
FOUNDER
Pictured here with his father, Anthony Lazzara Jr., Anthony Phillip Lazzara comes from a proud lineage of hoteliers. Inspired by his father's footsteps, he began his hospitality career at 19 and spent over 12 years rising through the leadership ranks of a major hotel management company.
As a former General Manager for top-tier brands including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG, Anthony gained hands-on experience across both full and select-service hotels—sharpening operational efficiency and driving performance at every stop.
Today, Anthony is a full-time entrepreneur focused on scaling his own brand, building strategic partnerships, and evolving into the kind of CEO his younger self once looked up to.

MEET
YOUR
CO-FOUNDER
Alongside Anthony Lazzara, Victor Song brings a decade of analytical rigor and entrepreneurial vision to the world of hospitality. A CFA with a master's degree in finance, Victor cut his teeth as a business consultant for Canada's Big Five banks, where he specialized in data-driven frameworks and scalable solutions for corporate clients.
But his true passion lies in building businesses—not just analyzing them. After launching a highly profitable short-term rental company (managing 20+ downtown Toronto listings), Victor traded spreadsheets for hands-on property management.
His deep expertise in OTA dynamics (including 10+ years in online travel agencies and a stint at Airbnb) gave him insider knowledge of platform algorithms—a skill he now leverages to optimize revenue and occupancy for Suitely's growing portfolio.
Today, as a full-time entrepreneur and co-founder, Victor combines his financial acumen with operational savvy to redefine urban hospitality.
Our Team Today
As our operation scales, we've built out a small, focused internal team for tech development, communications, and partner management to support our ongoing growth.
We're also expanding integrations with solutions like Stripe for VCC payments, DerbySoft for GDS connectivity, and additional distribution channel partners to maximize reach and efficiency.
Suitely Builds the Bridge Between Airbnb and Hotels — And It's Changing the Game for the Hospitality Industry
Orlando, FL – 8/29/2025
In a market saturated with legacy OTAs and unpredictable short-term rentals, a bold new player is rewriting the rules. Suitely, a new hospitality tech startup, has rapidly gained traction by doing what no other company has accomplished: bridging the massive gap between Airbnb demand and hotel supply.
Founded by two seasoned entrepreneurs — including a former Hotel General Manager — Suitely is more than just another booking platform. It's a modern OTA purpose-built for today's traveler and tomorrow's hotel. In just four months, the company has established itself as a disruptive force in hotel distribution by connecting a previously untapped segment of short-term and extended-stay Airbnb travelers directly into the hotel ecosystem.
"We built Suitely from the inside out, with hotel owners and operators in mind," said Anthony Lazzara, CEO Founder of Suitely. "As a former GM, I know firsthand the pain points of traditional distribution models — rate parity, commission drag, inconsistent branding, and limited control. So we flipped the model and engineered a distribution strategy that benefits both sides of the marketplace."
Unlike traditional OTAs, Suitely leverages opaque listings and proprietary placement strategies to remain brand-compliant while still delivering high-volume bookings from Airbnb and other non-traditional channels. The company's model ensures hotels maintain brand standards, avoid cannibalization, and gain net new revenue — and listing your hotel is free, that's right.
A New Revenue Stream for Hotels
Hotels today face mounting pressure from alternative lodging platforms that siphon off potential long-stay and budget-conscious guests. Suitely flips that trend. Through pre-negotiated extended-stay rates, simplified prepaid bookings, and a flexible inventory model, Suitely channels Airbnb travelers directly into hotels — generating hundreds of thousands of dollars in incremental room revenue that would have otherwise been lost to private rentals.
"We're not just capturing demand," said Anthony. "We're shifting it — entire traveler segments are now choosing hotels over apartments and homes. We've opened a new lane for occupancy growth that traditional hotel distribution has failed to unlock."
In just four months, Suitely has partnered with a growing roster of both branded and independent hotels across key markets, offering them the ability to reach a new breed of digital-native, value-conscious, and loyalty-agnostic travelers who are booking 30+ night stays on platforms like Airbnb — but would happily stay in a hotel if they knew it was an option.
Built on Transparency, Trust, and Tech
At the core of Suitely's model is a deep respect for operational realities. There are no annual fees, no restrictive contracts, and no brand violations. Hotels retain full control over pricing and availability while benefiting from Suitely's flexible fulfillment approach.
The platform's backend uses proprietary technology to automate listing creation, booking fulfillment, and guest placement at scale — all while maintaining a high-touch customer service experience that mirrors the white-glove treatment expected by hotel operators and travelers alike.
What's Next for Suitely
With explosive early growth, a proven model, and a mounting waitlist of hotel partners, Suitely is poised to scale rapidly across the U.S. and beyond. The company is actively onboarding new hotels, expanding its guest rewards program, and preparing for a wider rollout that includes additional distribution channels and member-exclusive offerings.
"Suitely is the OTA we always wished existed," said Anthony Lazzara. "It's transparent, aligned with owners, and built for the way people actually travel today. We believe this is the future of selling distressed inventory for hotels — and we're just getting started."
